The holes are evenly spaced so the scent spreads really consistently, and I love that the ball itself has zero smell to confuse things. My pup picked up the training scent almost immediately and stays focused on it now.

My dog found the scent way faster than with the old training dummy, and the neutral plastic base really lets the odor stand out. The evenly spaced holes do their job, and the tennis-ball size makes it easy to handle. It's exactly what I needed for consistent scent work.

The holes are perfectly spaced so the scent really clings to it, and since the ball itself has no smell of its own, my training treat is the only thing my dog focuses on. It’s held up to a week of chewing and still works like day one.
