Running this through your dogs coat is painless and effective for removing loose hair!This rake is made from teflon and is antistatic coated and it is made in Germany by Herm Sprenger The purpose of a Rake is to remove the dead undercoat and stimulate the skin to release oils back into the coat, you will be blown away how much hair this rake takes out painlessly from your dogs coat, and how shiny your dogs coat becomes with regular use. You cannot own a German Shepherd and not own a rake, if you do, you will have as much hair on you as your dog does! Please note this is a healthcare item. Once used we can accept any returns or exchanges unless we believe there is a fault with the product. We cannot accept a return on change of mind, or the dog does not like the use/ feel. Once they are used, we cannot accept back for hygienic purposes.
