We order your Arrak items directly with Arrak once the order is placed by you. Arrak then ship your items to us. This is so your clothing arrives here and then to you in pristine condition.

Due to this shipping method, there is an expected delay of up to 4 weeks of all Arrak items.
If we become aware of extended delays or Arrak is out of stock of your product when we go to place the order, our customer service team will be in touch via email to notify you of the delay and updated delivery timeframes.

Softshell material is highly water-resistant, windproof and breathable. Includes multiple pockets for training tools and treats with a full width pass through pocket in the back.

Each jacket comes with a carabiner for extra storage options. The jacket has 3000mm pillars with water and wind resistant capabilities. 

The jacket has six front pockets and one large back pocket for you to bring loads of accessories. At the right-hand side front pocket the jacket has a convenient output hole for dog bags. The jacket is adapted to most outdoor activities and is a good allrounder.

These jackets are a unisex design and come in red or black. We can also custom order in the ladies Softshell Jacket if you wish which is black with either pink or red trim! Just ask us!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange your ARRAK clothing with K9 Pro, the clothing must be returned in the condition it was sent out to you

Clothing cannot show that it has been worn or any wear and tear and must be returned with all labels attached. Please try on first before removing lables.

If the above conditons are not met we cannot accept your ordered item back for a return or exchange.
